Estate Reimagine provides AI-powered real estate marketing tools, including but not limited to virtual staging, property video generation, and renovation visualization. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, data scraping, reverse engineering, and uploading malicious code.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to the AI models, algorithms, and UI/UX design, are the exclusive property of Estate Reimagine. You retain ownership of the photos you upload, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process and transform these photos for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Estate Reimagine is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the AI-generated results. In no event shall Estate Reimagine be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
